Andhra Pradesh approves two pending dearness allowance hikes for state employees

The Andhra Pradesh government has approved two pending dearness allowance (DA) revisions for its employees. The consecutive hikes will together provide a combined increase of 4.55% in DA.

The revisions are set to take effect from September salaries, which will be disbursed in October. This move aims to provide relief to state government employees amid rising living costs.
