Andhra Pradesh raises upper age limit for government job recruitment to 44 years

The Andhra Pradesh government has raised the upper age limit for direct recruitment to various government positions by two years, taking it to 44 years. The move aims to provide greater employment opportunities to unemployed youth who have faced limited recruitment opportunities over recent years, according to officials.
The state government's decision was announced on Tuesday through official orders. The enhanced age limit is intended to benefit a wider pool of candidates seeking government positions in the state.
