Artillery shell recovered from fishing net off Kerala coast

A bomb squad and Elathur Coastal police recovered an artillery shell from a fishing net off Puthiyappa harbour in Kerala. Following an alert, the shell was examined at the harbour and later moved to the Armed Reserve camp for safety reasons.

The recovery raises questions about the origin of the ordnance and its presence in coastal waters.
