Banks to remain open on Sunday, September 27 on RBI approval
The Reserve Bank of India has approved the operation of bank branches, offices, ATM-linked branches and currency chests on Sunday, September 27, marking an exceptional opening on a weekend day.
The decision comes as part of special operational requirements on that date. Banks across the country will function normally despite the Sunday closure typically observed each week.
