Suvendu Adhikari Orders Probe Into Mamata Banerjee's 2021 Nandigram Injury

West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has revived the controversy over Mamata Banerjee's leg injury during the 2021 Assembly election campaign in Nandigram. Adhikari alleged that Banerjee staged the injury for political gain during campaigning.

Speaking in Nandigram, Adhikari cited medical documents from the Bangur Institute of Neurosciences, claiming they showed no evidence of fracture. He announced that the state government would launch a fresh investigation into the matter.
