Bengaluru improves air quality ranking but still lags Delhi, Mumbai

Bengaluru has improved its air quality performance in the latest Clean Air Survey, though it continues to trail major metros Delhi and Mumbai. The city had ranked 36th in the previous survey with a score of 145.1 points out of a maximum of 200.
The survey measures air quality across Indian cities, tracking progress in reducing pollution levels and improving environmental conditions. Bengaluru's advancement reflects growing efforts to address air pollution in the tech hub, though significant challenges remain compared to India's other leading metros.
