Bihar STET 2026 Exam Moved to November 21 Amid KVS, NVS Clashes

The Bihar School Examination Board has postponed the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test, moving the examination from November 4 to November 21. The decision follows a scheduling clash with recruitment examinations conducted by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
Candidates who are affected by the revised schedule will be able to download a new admit card starting October 24. The board has asked all applicants to keep a close watch on the official website for the latest notices and to make sure they retrieve the updated document before appearing for the test.
The board's move is aimed at preventing overlap for candidates who may have appeared for the central recruitment exams as well. Aspirants are advised not to rely on older schedules circulated on social media or unofficial platforms.
Officials have urged candidates to verify their details carefully on the portal once the revised admit card is published, and to report any discrepancies to the board in time.
