Delhi Customs destroys 165 kg of seized drugs worth ₹515 crore

Delhi Customs destroyed 165 kilograms of seized drugs worth ₹515 crore at an incineration facility. The action came as the customs authority reported 89 drug seizure cases at Indira Gandhi International Airport during the financial year 2025-26, covering the period from April to September 2026.

The destruction of confiscated narcotics is part of standard protocol followed by customs departments to eliminate seized contraband materials.
