CM Alleges DMK Forced Contractors to Pay Commissions

A Chief Minister has leveled serious allegations against the DMK, citing Enforcement Directorate documents. According to the CM, contractors executing projects under the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department were allegedly coerced into paying commissions ranging from 7.5 to 10 per cent of the total contract value.
The CM presented the ED findings as evidence of alleged irregularities in municipal project execution under DMK governance, intensifying political tensions between the two parties.
