Farmers launch sit-in outside Punjab Minister's office in Hoshiarpur

Farmers have begun a sit-in demonstration outside the office of a Punjab Minister in Hoshiarpur, part of a broader agitation coordinated by farmer groups. The protest follows a call by the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM) for demonstrations at residences and offices of multiple state ministers.

The farmers are pressing a 12-point charter of demands, including complete loan waiver for agriculturists and withdrawal of legal cases registered against those who participated in previous farmer and worker agitations.
