FIR against KTR, Harish Rao and BRS leaders for alleged misconduct toward women police at assembly protest

Hyderabad police have registered an FIR against BRS working president K. Chandrashekar Rao (KTR), senior leader T. Harish Rao and other party leaders following a complaint by a female constable. The case was filed at Saifabad police station after a protest at the state assembly.
The complaint alleges that during Monday's demonstration at Assembly gate number 3, the leaders engaged in pushing, abusive behaviour and use of force against female police personnel. They are also accused of intimidating and ill-treating the officers. The dispute arose when police blocked entry to those wearing T-shirts with political slogans.
The FIR claims Harish Rao removed his shirt and threw it toward a police officer while standing shirtless before female constables. Similar allegations have been made against other party leaders. The complaint also references statements made by both KTR and Harish Rao regarding police tactics during the protest.
