Goa nightclub fire: Luthra brothers surrender after SC rejects bail plea

Nightclub owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, along with Ajay Gupta, have surrendered to a Goa court following the Supreme Court's rejection of their bail plea. The Bombay High Court had previously cancelled their bail in connection with a December 2025 nightclub fire that resulted in 25 deaths.

The accused face charges including culpable homicide not amounting to murder and criminal conspiracy. They have been sent to judicial custody pending further proceedings.
