Government extends RoDTEP export tax refund scheme till December 31, 2026

The government has extended the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) scheme until December 31, 2026, to provide continued support to exporters facing operational challenges.
The extension maintains existing reimbursement rates and value caps for all export units. The RoDTEP scheme reimburses taxes and duties not covered by other refund mechanisms, helping reduce export costs for businesses.
The scheme currently covers over 10,700 tariff lines with substantial disbursements made to beneficiary exporters since its implementation.
