GVMC mobilizes heavy equipment, personnel for monsoon emergency response

The Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GVMC) has mobilized significant resources to handle monsoon-related challenges. The civic body deployed 22 JCBs, 149 tippers, and 30 mini-excavators across various zones to clear fallen trees and manage debris.

Personnel from engineering, sanitation, horticulture, water supply, and public health departments have been placed on standby. Rapid Response Teams are ready for immediate deployment to address emergencies arising from heavy rains.
