India launches ORV Sagar Manthan, boosting ocean research fleet

India has launched the Ocean Research Vessel (ORV) Sagar Manthan, adding a new vessel to its ocean research fleet. The ship is designed to support scientific research and exploration in Indian waters and the Indian Ocean region.
