India explores oilseed corridor in Mozambique's Nampula region

Solidaridad Network Asia and Solidaridad Southern Africa have partnered to establish an oilseed corridor in Mozambique's Nampula region. The initiative aims to secure India's edible oil supply while ensuring fair terms for local farmers and protecting forests from clearing.
The corridor represents India's broader strategy to diversify its edible oil sources across African nations. The partnership between the two sustainability organisations underscores efforts to build the supply chain on environmentally and socially responsible principles.
