IOC, Abhinav Bindra Foundation & Reliance Foundation Launch 'You Can Do This! Let's Move' Campaign
The International Olympic Committee has partnered with the Abhinav Bindra Foundation and Reliance Foundation to launch 'You Can Do This! Let's Move' on Olympic Day, June 23. The campaign, part of the IOC's year-round sports participation initiative, seeks to encourage young people to adopt active lifestyles through Olympic values education.
The effort addresses a significant health challenge in India, where the WHO reports 74% of children aged 11-17 and 49% of adults fall short of recommended physical activity levels. The campaign emphasizes that self-doubt often prevents participation, and aims to empower youth by normalizing imperfection and building resilience through sport.
