JD(U) invokes 2005 comparison amid Jamui harassment row; RJD alleges 'goonda raj'

The JD(U) state chief has drawn a comparison to pre-2005 Bihar while addressing an ongoing harassment matter in Jamui district. The statement comes as the RJD has accused the government of allowing 'goonda raj' to prevail.
Kushwaha said the government and administration were investigating the incident and assured that those responsible would be arrested at the earliest. The comments reflect escalating tensions between ruling and opposition parties over law and order in the state.
