Karnataka CM announces job creation schemes, AI push on Independence Day
Karnataka's Chief Minister announced a series of initiatives on Independence Day aimed at boosting employment and economic growth. The state will launch Udyoga Sankalpa and Udyoga Nidhi schemes to create approximately one lakh new jobs.
The CM also unveiled plans to establish AI hubs across the state as part of an education modernisation push. The announcement comes as Karnataka sets an ambitious target of achieving a $3 trillion economy by 2047, positioning the state as a major economic hub.
