Karnataka veterinary job scam: aspirants paid Rs 1.52 crore for leaked exam papers

A major recruitment scam has surfaced in Karnataka's Public Service Commission (KPSC) veterinary examination. Aspirants allegedly paid Rs 1.52 crore to middlemen who provided leaked exam papers in advance, allowing candidates to cheat during the selection process.
The scam undermines the integrity of the competitive examination system and raises questions about security measures in place to protect confidential exam materials. Investigations are underway to identify those involved in leaking the papers and orchestrating the fraud.
Authorities have begun action against the accused as part of efforts to prevent such malpractices in future recruitment drives.
