Karnataka sends DNA samples to Nepal to identify flood victims

Karnataka has sent eight DNA samples to Nepal to aid in the identification of missing flood victims. The samples are being forwarded as part of a coordinated effort between the two regions following devastating floods that affected both areas.
The initiative involves cooperation between Karnataka's forensic authorities and Nepalese counterparts to match DNA profiles and identify individuals who remain unaccounted for. This collaborative approach aims to provide closure to families of the missing persons.
