Karnataka women's groups criticise all-male Cabinet, petition CM Shivakumar

Women's groups across Karnataka have raised concerns over the all-male composition of Chief Minister D K Shivakumar's newly formed Cabinet. The organisations have sent a petition to the Chief Minister expressing their criticism of the decision.

The groups argue that the absence of women representation in the Cabinet does not reflect the diverse composition of the state's population and fails to address the concerns and perspectives of half the electorate.
