Kerala Advocate General recommends FIR against CM Pinarayi Vijayan in CMRL-Exalogic case

Kerala's Advocate General has recommended filing of a First Information Report against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and others in connection with the CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case, according to reports.
The recommendation comes as part of an investigation into alleged irregularities involving financial dealings. Besides the Chief Minister, the Advocate General's recommendation names other officials and individuals for potential criminal proceedings.
The case centres on transactions between Cochin Shipyard and entities allegedly linked to the state government. The development marks a significant escalation in scrutiny of the Kerala administration on financial governance matters.
