Kerala CM defends ministers' foreign trips, refuses to name private flight sponsor

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has defended foreign trips undertaken by state ministers and refused to disclose the identity of the individual who sponsored a private flight for one of them. Vijayan stated there was nothing improper about the trips since no exchequer funds were spent.
The Chief Minister also defended a senior minister's use of a friend's car, asserting no government resources were misused. His remarks come amid scrutiny over the foreign visits and the sponsored flight arrangement.
