Record women ridership on KSRTC's first day under Priyadarshini scheme

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) saw unprecedented patronage from women passengers on June 15, the inaugural day of the Priyadarshini scheme. The transport body recorded 13.29 lakh women commuters, with 7.83 lakh receiving zero-fare tickets under the initiative.
