India, Bulgaria call for early India-EU free trade agreement

India and Bulgaria have urged early implementation of the India-EU free trade agreement, stating it could substantially strengthen bilateral economic relations. During their review of ties, the two nations discussed cooperation across trade, investment, artificial intelligence, space, defence, and science and technology sectors.

Beyond bilateral matters, both countries also addressed broader regional and global issues, reinforcing their commitment to deeper engagement across multiple domains.
