Naveen Patnaik slams Odisha government as epitome of mismanagement

Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday launched the party's 'Jan Sampark Padayatra', a month-long public outreach initiative coinciding with Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary. During the campaign, Patnaik attacked the incumbent Odisha government led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, describing it as an "epitome of mismanagement."

The padayatra, a traditional foot march through communities, aims to connect BJD with voters and highlight the party's concerns about governance in the state. The Opposition party's outreach comes as it looks to strengthen its position ahead of future electoral contests in Odisha.
