NTA Concludes Four-Day Chintan Shivir; Outlines 'New NTA' Vision on Exam Integrity and Inclusion

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has concluded its four-day Chintan Shivir 2026 at its new Minto Road premises, bringing together its teams to review examination processes and strengthen agency functioning. The retreat focused on three core priorities: integrity, inclusion and innovation, with sessions examining current examination systems and identifying areas for process improvement.
During the programme, NTA teams discussed ways to enhance candidate experience, leverage technology for more reliable examinations, and address challenges facing the agency. The deliberations centred on strengthening examination systems, ensuring greater transparency and making the agency more responsive to candidates' needs.
The initiative has been framed as a step towards building a 'New NTA' with stronger processes and greater institutional trust. The agency said the Chintan Shivir marks an important phase in its ongoing transformation, with the message: "Towards building a New NTA - one team, one purpose, one resolve."
