Peter Navarro: Trump aide with history of criticism against India over Russia ties

Peter Navarro, a key adviser to Donald Trump, has a track record of criticizing India's trade engagement with Russia. Navarro has accused India of helping to finance Russia's military activities in Ukraine through its oil imports and other commercial dealings.

Navarro's comments on India's Russia policy have drawn attention as he returns to prominence in Trump's orbit. His statements reflect broader concerns among some Western policymakers about India's reluctance to fully align with Western sanctions against Russia following its invasion of Ukraine.
