Punjab Congress united for assembly polls, says Channi

Punjab Congress leader Charanjit Channi claimed on Thursday that the party is now united and ready for the upcoming assembly elections. He stated that internal issues have been resolved, dismissing reports of discord within the party.

Channi's remarks come after speculation that he was displeased with the reappointment of Amarinder Singh Raja Warring as Punjab Congress chief. The move had sparked reports of tensions between the two leaders.
