Raichur school children forced to study outdoors as classroom reconstruction stalls
Nearly 190 children at a government school on the outskirts of Raichur city have been attending classes outdoors for several months following the demolition of unsafe classrooms. Reconstruction of the school building remains stalled as funds have not been released.
