Scotch whisky prices fall in India following UK trade agreement

Scotch whisky prices in India have declined following a trade agreement between India and the UK. Johnnie Walker Black Label, a popular brand, has seen its price reduced to Rs 3,000 per bottle, making imported spirits more accessible to consumers.
The price reduction is a direct result of tariff cuts or duty concessions agreed upon in the trade pact between the two nations. The agreement aims to boost bilateral trade and make imported goods more competitively priced in the Indian market.
