Skills must evolve as workplaces transform, says UNICEF India youth chief

Dhuwarakha Sriram, Chief of Generation Unlimited (YuWaah) at UNICEF India, highlighted the importance of evolving skill sets for young people as society and workplaces undergo rapid transformation.

Sriram, who leads the Adolescent and Youth Development and Partnerships division, stressed that education and training programmes must adapt to meet the changing demands of modern employment. The focus should be on equipping youth with skills relevant to today's dynamic job market.
