Tejashwi Yadav leads INDIA bloc protest in Patna, detained by police

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav spearheaded an INDIA bloc demonstration in Patna on Tuesday. Police detained Yadav and transported him to Lok Bhavan during the protest action.

Several RJD MLAs and party workers escalated the agitation by climbing atop the police vehicle carrying Yadav. The show of solidarity reflected the opposition bloc's mobilization in Bihar.

During the demonstration, CPI (ML) Liberation MLA Ajit Kushwaha fell unconscious. The incident underscored the intensity of the protest, which drew participation from multiple INDIA bloc constituents in the state capital.
