Air India building to honour 106 Samyukta Maharashtra martyrs

The Air India building, once home to a bust of JRD Tata and the airline's iconic Maharaja symbol, will be transformed to honour 106 martyrs of the Samyukta Maharashtra movement. The building holds significant historical value as a landmark associated with India's aviation heritage.
The decision reflects efforts to preserve and commemorate the sacrifices of freedom fighters who played a crucial role in the Samyukta Maharashtra agitation, a major political movement in post-independence India.
