Ramdas Athawale Demands Apology From CJP's Abhijeet Dipke Over Ambedkar Remarks

Republican Party of India (RPI) leader Ramdas Athawale has demanded an apology from Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Phule Party (CJP) chief Abhijeet Dipke over remarks about Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

Athawale took objection to Dipke's reported statement that former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru had helped bring Ambedkar into prominence. Athawale accused Dipke of crossing limits with the comment.

The demand reflects ongoing political tensions over the legacy and recognition of Ambedkar, a key figure in Dalit politics and the Indian Constitution.
