Pilgrimage halted as boulder collapse kills traveller near Kedarnath

A pilgrim was killed by falling boulders near Cheerbasa Helipad on the Kedarnath route, prompting authorities to temporarily suspend the yatra. Travellers heading to Kedarnath have been instructed to halt at Sonprayag and Gaurikund, while those returning from the shrine have been directed to stop at Jangalchatti.
