Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena on edge as 'Operation Tiger' targets MPs

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is reportedly in contact with Shiv Sena (UBT) Lok Sabha MPs in what has been termed 'Operation Tiger.' The alleged move aims to engineer another split within Uddhav Thackeray's faction, potentially strengthening the NDA's parliamentary position.

The initiative echoes the 2022 rebellion when Shinde led a major split in the original Shiv Sena. Shiv Sena (UBT) leaders have dismissed reports of the current effort, referring to it as 'Operation Wolf' instead.
