Manoj Jarange begins 11th fast demanding Kunbi certificates for verified applicants

Maratha activist Manoj Jarange began his 11th hunger strike at Antarwali Sarati in Maharashtra's Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district on Wednesday. The protest is aimed at pressuring authorities to issue Kunbi certificates to all 58 lakh applicants whose records have been verified.
Jarange has been at the forefront of the Maratha community's demand for Kunbi caste certificates, which grant access to reservations in education and employment. The renewed fast signals his determination to push the state government to act on the pending applications.
