Pune railway division finds 50 unfit water samples in safety drive
The Pune railway division conducted a special water quality inspection drive that tested 2,132 samples across its facilities. The audit found 50 samples to be unfit for consumption, prompting corrective action.
The initiative was undertaken to ensure safe drinking water standards at railway stations and other installations under the division. Officials have initiated remedial measures at identified locations following the test results.
