Ramayana Navratri Event in Ramtek Postponed Amid Maharashtra Drought

A grand promotional event for the upcoming film Ramayana, scheduled for October 11 at Ramtek in Maharashtra on Navratri, has been postponed. The event was meant to launch a song from the film and feature actors Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash, and Ravie Dubey.
MLA Ashish Jaiswal announced the postponement on Instagram, citing Maharashtra's severe drought situation as the reason. He stated that helping farmers has become the priority and that the film team agreed to support relief efforts instead of proceeding with the event.
Jaiswal noted the event's original purpose was to highlight the cultural and spiritual significance of Ramtek, sanctified by Lord Rama. The makers have not announced an alternative date or whether the song launch will occur online or be rescheduled.
