Eknath Shinde suspends Sena leader arrested over attack on medical staff

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has suspended a Shiv Sena leader following arrest over an alleged attack on medical staff. This marks the second similar incident involving a Sena leader in recent times.
Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre was arrested on July 6 for allegedly assaulting doctors at a Thane hospital. The recurring incidents of violence against healthcare workers by party members have drawn attention to discipline within the organization.
