Six Shiv Sena-UBT MPs Meet Lok Sabha Speaker in Jaipur, Not Delhi

Six rebel Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs met Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla at a Jaipur hotel late Tuesday night, rather than in Delhi as speculation suggested. The MPs—Sanjay Deshmukh, Sanjay Jadhav, Nagesh Patil Ashtikar, Bhausaheb Wakchaure, Sanjay Dina Patil and Omprakashraje Nimbalkar—arrived in Delhi separately and were then taken to Jaipur, where they submitted a letter to Birla in the presence of Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde.

The group dispersed on separate flights after the meeting. According to sources, the decision to hold the meeting in Jaipur was aimed at avoiding media scrutiny. Birla reportedly approved the letter on Wednesday night, with a formal announcement expected within days.
