Zaheer Khan appointed as CSK head coach for IPL 2027

Zaheer Khan has been named the new head coach of Chennai Super Kings for the 2027 Indian Premier League season. Khan, a former Indian cricketer who contributed significantly to India's 2011 World Cup victory, will succeed Stephen Fleming, who stepped down from the position in July.

The appointment marks a new era for the franchise as it looks to build on its legacy under Fleming's long tenure.
